Encrypted connection
CurePad only opens over a secure HTTPS connection, so what you write travels encrypted between your device and CurePad.
Data safety
Here’s how CurePad protects the patient records and prescriptions you save, in plain words.
What we do
CurePad only opens over a secure HTTPS connection, so what you write travels encrypted between your device and CurePad.
Each clinic sees only its own patients. Your records never appear in another clinic’s account.
Team members you add for reception can register patients. They can’t open clinical history, prescriptions, or photos and files.
CurePad’s administration tools show clinic accounts and totals, never patient records or prescriptions.
Patient records and prescriptions are copied to separate backup storage as you save them, so they can be restored if a server fails.
A saved prescription isn’t edited afterwards. The copy in the patient’s record is the one you reviewed and saved.
Good to know
When you share a prescription on WhatsApp, anyone with that link can open the patient’s copy. Share it only with the patient.
Choose a strong password and don’t share your sign-in. Add team members with their own accounts instead.
